I really enjoy the frittata, but the kitchen has a tendency to overcook the eggs making them dry. I mentioned this to Peggy, our waitress, and she said she would put a note with the order. The frittata came our perfect--browned on the outside and creamy on the inside. It was a most enjoyable dining experience.
