Overall the experience was very good. I really liked the food, and the server was very outgoing and kind. But the food did take a little bit long to serve. Otherwise, it was great!

It is such a simple thing and so hard to understand. We eat out about 3 times a week. I have never gone out to eat breakfast and been told that they do not have strawberry jam. They said it is a corporate decision. They have it in summer but not in winter. Such a simple thing to make customers happy and yet not there. I just don't understand. Don't think we will go back until that changes. Even the poor waitress said she gets asked that all the time. think of the hassle she goes through and the money she is missing because of that. My GOSH!!

I was charged for a more expensive entree so that I could get "free" pie. The lettuce in my salad was slimy and tasted bad. The portion sizes of the salad and soup was tiny, especially for the price.

We are regular customers but staff turnover is high.

Service was excellent, except when I went to pay the manager and another person continued to talk and I felt I had waited longer than necessary to pay my bills.

Asked for bacon to be crisp and had to send it back to be cooked until crisp.
