Shari's

My food was what I ordered and it was the perfect temperature. It came in a timely fashion. The tea selection to choose from was wide and I appreciate it!

Our server Christina was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She allerted the chef of a difference in the makeup of our "Surf and Turf" Valentine's Day meal (our email vs. the kitchen menu listing). The restaurant also had sufficient servers and other staff to handle the increased customers due to the holiday. The manager also stopped by our table to inquire about our satisfaction.

The food is amazing. The service is alright. And the pies are Great!

We thought that the drinks were included with the entree that we ordered?

Peggy was our server she was so sweet and nice she asked my husband and I if we had a Shari's card and I told her no and we go there at least 4 times a week and not once has anybody ever took time our effort to make it possible to sign up to be a cafe member when I return I definitely want Peggy to be our server

Teresa is a wonderful waitress (that is the name on the receipt so I hope it is the correct person). We are not rich or fancy and she treated us like we were important.
