The color of the salad dressing was not very appealihg.

Tonight was unusual. Normally he service is excellent

need a hostess/cashier. Waitress work hard and have to hostess and cashier. not fair to them or the customers.

The time for the food to come seemed longer than we normally experience. Even thou the place was almost empty at that time.

We have had our food delivered faster. It just seemed a lot longer than usual. There were very few customers at this time. And we have been served faster at a much more busy time. On the plus side, everything was hot and very tasty.

2.69 is a bit much for a cup of coffee.

Coffee was lukewarm; lemon was requested for shrimp and did not arrive until shrimp was cold. This used to be our favorite Shari's, but there has been a change in management and a change in quality and friendliness. Will be eating at another location.

The only problem that I had was there was no person in charge on the floor and there was only 2 servers I strongly believe if there was a supervisor or manager he or she should have been at least insight I was there approximately an hour and a half and not once did I see any supervisor help me in the two servers

Had a baked potato and 1/3 had a large bad spot on it. Just cut it off. Would be nice if they checked the potato and cut all bad spots off.

The cook and dishwasher called in and the waitress was busier then normal great service though
