Tea water got cold, you need to invest in thermal tea carafes. Trio lunch pie should be warm when I asked for it to be heated but it wasn't cold only.

We were there on Free-Pie Wednesday on purpose. There were 3 of us and we spent almost $50. Only one of us ordered a real true dinner, the other two ordered ala carte. In the past we all 3 have gotten our pie free but this time only one piece of pie was free. I'm assuming it was for the real true dinner. If this is the way it's done, I'm not sure we'll go there for dinner. Unfortunately, it was not discovered until I looked at the receipt. My husband paid the bill and wouldn't have known to look for that. Very unsatisfied.

Biscuts and gravy, the biscuts tasted a bit gooey...or doughy. overly large gobs of sour creme in the stuffed hasbrowns. overpowering. bacon in the stuffed hasbrowns were also slightly burnt.

1. They appeared to be short handed. Our order was taken by the Manager. 2. She returned once to apologize about the delay. 3. Our salad & soup were completely forgotten, and didn't even come with the meal. 4. We have requested the Corn Bread with our meals for years. Now, it is not available everyday, and the portion has been reduced in size?? The small size portion we were given is an insult. It was a taste of Corn Bread - not part of the meal!

5$ for a side of bacon?!?...I mean c'mon...breakfast standard only comes with 2 slices?!?...c'mon...for a dollar now i get steak...ridiculous

They always charge me for the pies and then I have to get them to deduct and don't deduct the right amount

I'm not generally a Sharis customer. I'm only doing this review because I was so happy with our server. Her name is Ashley and she was the most pleasant server I have aever had in any restauraunt. She made the dinning experience very good.

I have been to two Shari's locations, one in Tanasbourne and one on Hwy 8 and both times, the place will not be very busy but I am waiting for several minutes to be greeted and seated. I am handicapped so standing for long periods is not a valid option for me. When someone enters the restaurant and it is packed, I can possibly understand waiting to be greeted and seated, but when there are not even ten full tables in the restaurant, there is just no excuse to have to wait several minutes to be greeted and seated.

My wife wanted a piece of your blackberry sour cream lemon pie, which was advertised on the board as we went in. When we ordered it, we were informed that it wasn't available. Lying to your customers is not good business practice.
