The staff seems friendly and competent; however, it took some time to be seated, some time to get drinks, and a long time to place an order. To get our bill, we had to go to the cash register. It appears there was insufficient staff to handle the customers tonight.

I got real bad heart burn from your food I think it was from the Hard biscuits and the graveyard was very old. Other than that the other food was good. I know I will not get your B/G agin I do not enjoy waking up with bad heart burn, .

Server took to long to get to us and take our order.

Serving size was small

husband's side order of shrimp was missing called over a different waitress and asked where it was, since our food was delivered about 15 minutes ago. About 20 minutes later our waitress brought over freshly cooked and hot shrimp saying his shrimp was given to someone else by mistake - so his order would now be free now. Not to complain but we honestly think she forgot the shrimp or she would have said something right away. We are not complaining but saying be honest-your service was excellent!

I smelled a musty mildew where I was seated. I was near the kitchen. There is either a mildew problem in the ceiling or in the kitchen

The food was great. I loved the pie. The waitress was very friendly. However, I did have to ask for a refill 3 times. She just kept forgetting. I also had to wait for quite some time to get my check. We were at restaurant for over 1 hour. It was just myself and my 4 year old.

Vegetables on dinner items are very bland. Need garlic or some other spices to liven them up. Food is almost always served lukewarm at best. Some menu items need to be served hot, or at least at a warmer temperature.

Sharis is acceptable for late night &/or a step up from "fast" food, we do not have high expectations of Sharis food or amenities
