Shari's

Service was good, and the food was good, no complaints.

The automated greeting is difficult to understand; there is no clear indication as to which extension you need to access to place a to-go order (I've selected the wrong one more than once). The last time I called in, the phone wasn't even answered. I am very greatful for the online ordering option.

This Shari's is often understaffed when I'm here. It's not the servers fault.

We purchased the sunrise breakfasts. The server let us know it was a extra $2.00 charge since it was after 0900. We just wanted an inexpensive small breakfast to compete with fast food options and price, but better quality. We don't think customers should be charged for wanting something after a certain time when you serve all meals all day. You serve eggs, hashbrowns, toast, meat in all of the other breakfasts so it's not like something special. Not everyone's sunrise is 0400-0900. Night shift workers sunrise might be early evening. I don't believe you should be punishing customers by charging them extra for ordering ordinary food at a certain time when you serve all meals all day.

I was quite disappointed with my steak. I asked for "medium rare" and received it well done. My companion also asked for a steak done to "medium" and it was also well done.

The wait was a little long. Food was good but not great. I go to Shari's almost once a week and I do feel I get a good breakfast.

We got our usual Honored Citizen Lemon Pepper Salmon. My wife's Rice Pilaf was just RICE. Just 1 piece of Cranberry and a sliver of almond. Still good Rice, but not Pilaf. Even the server was surprised when we questioned the dish. She brought us a proper replacement. But, by now the salmon is cooled off. And it did affect the enjoyment of the meal. We have been coming to Sharis since the Lemon Pepper Salmon came with TWO pieces of Salmon. While the taste of the food at Sharis has not changed. It is disappointing to see the Corn Bread removed as a part of the meal and the reduction in portions.

This store seems to have a problem in seating customers during the lunch hour. We have had to wait more than 5 minutes on several occasions. While we waited once a waitress was stocking the wine shelve while we and at least 6 other customers were waiting. We were not happy. She would look at us but did nothing to attempt to seat us.

The bacon tasted like rubber. It must have sat around all day.

I always feel if you give a highly satisfied that gives the impression there is no room for improvement
