The gravy and biscuits. Biscuits were hard and not fresh. Hashbrown's were very crispy and overdone.

It was late when my friends and I got there. It wasn't too busy but I know there wasn't a lot of staff there. However, the waitress was inattentive. It felt like she was ignoring our table. She didn't once check up on us, even to refill drinks. We put our glasses at the edge of the table and she kept walking by. Even when she brought us our food she didn't seem to notice. Our food took forever to get to us. She didn't ask if we wanted to split the check. Didn't ask to see how we were doing. Ridiculous service.

You no longer have cornbread I repeat, you now longer have cornbread. And the bread rolls we were served were just a globs of dough. Do you remember when you served two portions of Salmon with the meal? Do you remember the larger portion of Salmon when you went to one piece with the meal? WE DO!

Satisfied with Sharis in general but there are to few people working to serve tables in a reasonable time . I have phoned in this complaint also

The computers were down so they were not able to take the $5 off that I had earned on my phone app (short code) and they were not able to run my credit card through - they had to do it manually. Then, when I got home, I found that they had given me the dressing for the salad that went with my pot roast meal, but there was no salad. Very disappointing not getting all the things that are supposed to go with my meal.
