All Americans shake prices were different on the menu then what I was charged. Asked cashier about the price difference to which she responded with an attitude before i even finished my sentence.

I received an email from Sharis that since this was my birthday month, I would receive a free slice of pie. When I went to pay, the person at the register was very rude, said he could not find the offer and was not going to give me my piece of pie. I told him I wasn't leaving until I received my birthday pie. He appeared disgusted to be dealing with me and then finally got me a piece of pie and gave it to me in a container.

It seems that it doesn't matter how you order your steak you are going to get well done. I realize that at that point your choice is eat the steak or ask for one done correctly but at that point your going to be eating when everyone else is done. This happened on a Wed at noon. The reason for picking Shari's was that we thought that Wed was free pie with meal promo. But was then told that that promo is after 4pm. What is the difference between noon and 4pm? We ordered dinner entrees? That kind of set the stage for the rest of the meal. I should have asked for a different location to be seated, the gaming machines were very annoying. We like Shari's. We eat there 2-3 times per month but this visit just went wrong. We will be back .

Portion size, price, flavor . Northwest Berry Trio has been removed from menu. This was he best pie offered.

It took longer than usual to for our order to be taken, and then it took forever to be get our food. And once it finally arrived my ham steak was burnt on the bottom (side not showing). It took so long to get that meal. After waiting for near 45 minutes to get our food, all I wanted was to leave and fill out a survey. P.S. You can keep whatever the token gift is, because I will not be returning to Shari's in Hillsboro.

Waitress was not friendly. When ordering our food she was walking away from the table when we are still ordering like she wasn't listening. Asked for the meal to be together instead of everything ala cart. Did not come back to the table to fill waters, so half the meal was with out a drink. She only was at the table 2 times once to take order and the other to bring food. We had to go to the front to even get are ticket to pay for it and never saw the ticket until after we paid. Very poor service. I think this was the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. And the place wasn't even busy. Waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there.

FOH manager acknowledged our presence but took well over 5 minutes to seat us. Restaurant was not busy but obvious was under staffed - especially for free pie night. Sanitation issue observed: manager started to wipe off a table, stopped and without washing her hands got nearby table their pie order - this included plating the pies. I clearly observed her using her fingers to slide the pie onto a plate. Later, I saw that same towel used to wipe tables - it was VERY dirty. So to sum, everything was slow (server was attentive and prompt with what she had control of), the food mediocre at best and on the way out,the manger didn't even ask about if the food was good, just said$26.57.

It seems the did not really care about the customers they seem it was better to socialize with themselves not paying attention to their customers. When I finally received my check I received somebody else check then I explained it to the cashier she thought I was joking and starting ringing the check I said I'm not paying for something I didn't eat she call her manager and she check it out and had me pay my right amount. I think the services has gone downhill in the last few months I think I will be looking for some where else to go when I want to go out and I will not be recommend your restaurant to anybody, this is my second disappointment about this store. You're menu has changed but I like to try different foods but I like them warm first.

Walked in the door and stood at reception station. Someone from behind the counter yeld at me that someone would be with me in a minute. When finally seated, server took order, server brought order, last I saw of server.
