After a 30-plus minute wait after placing our order, in a virtually empty restaurant to receive our soup and hamburger with no explanation whatsoever as to why the delay, no apologies, we were in complete discussed and will never darken the door of this Shari's again. What a shame! We actually asked the waitress what was the problem! NOTHING!

The food which was breakfast was soaked in butter favoring and was unedible. This was a 11.00 breakfast and I ended up eating some of my husband's omelette instead which was just O. K. The manager took the charge for a cup of coffee off the bill which did not make up for the terribly prepared food. The waitress was nice at least. Her name was Christina.

Received meal with check, did not get any check up on food or refill on water or if we wanted to order anything else. extremely unprofessional and food took 30 minutes to cook eggs and food was extremely cold.

this is to the GM Jerry I live right by the TV location and I have to go to another Location like 185 and Farmington because the staff at this location treats people like people and they welcome you and take care of the issues. you need to make a surprise visits to the TV location and you will find out your self. At the TV location I can get serviced in the bathrooms and i could buy drugs in the gaming machine rooms if this tells you anything and your staff looks the other way.

First are drinks were delivered towards the end of our meal. Second for being charged $11 and some changes for a burger that was only a burger a slice of cheese and two little pickles. The burgers was so skimpy and plain. Last we were given around six to eight fries. Not what I call leaving a customer satisfied. Will not be returning.

We are a group of two. We were seated quickly, which was great. We then sat for nearly 15 minutes before another employee came to our table, at which point we were asked about drinks for the first time. The two coffees and two Waters then took another ten minutes to materialize. Two mugs half-filled with coffee were placed in front of us, along with a carafe. After filling my mug, as I was putting cream in, I noted that there was a nearly complete set of lipstick prints on the rim of my mug, and dried coffee drippings on the outside. I brought this to the attention of the hostess, and it then took another several minutes before I was presented with a clean coffee mug. I also asked for a refill on the carafe since most of it had been used at this point - this took nearly 10 minutes to arrive as well. When the food came to the table, the sausage I had ordered as part of my Breakfast Standard was cooked to a charred crisp, but my scrambled eggs were barely room temperature, and there were bits of hashbrowns cooked into my pancakes.

My family and I went to eat. We ordered our food. We ordered our drinks. We never got all of our meals. She didn't know the menu. She asked if we would like refills but never got them. We had to pay for food we never got. The food we did get was cold. She then blamed the kitchen. Never once apologized or told us anything. And then had the nerve to tell me that another couple behind us had it worse as after 30 minutes they were still waiting. Um, dumb woman... We waited an hour for food that never came!!!! I'll never go back! No wonder the restuarant is almost completely empty!

First of all your lunch menu is very limited. I only wanted a half sandwich and either a cup of soup or small green salad. The ONLY choice I had was a 3-course lunch. Full sandwich, soup or salad and a piece of pie. You use to offer smaller portions but no longer do that. Second, you do not have enough help during lunch time. It took about 5 minutes to be seated.

Service was extremely slow, didn't get drinks for 30 minutes after ordering. Was not told of an extra charge for avocado, even though we asked that two other ingredients (cheese and tomato) be left off, which to us seemed like a fair trade. We should have had the chance to rescind the request for avocado but was not informed by the waitress that there would be an additional charge. I was charged $1.98 for two small pieces of avocado, when I can buy a whole avocado for $.50!! I call this price gouging. The women's restroom was filthy. Dirty toilets, dirty mirror and counter, empty soap dispenser, and NO toilet paper in either stall. We have eaten a lot at Shari's for several years and used to love it, but Shari's has been declining in service the last few time we have been there, although never this bad. Seems to me that a shake up and a lot of improvements need to be made.

Walked in ..not busy was not greeted ..took 10 minutesans finally sat ourselves..no server for another 10 minutes until i flagged down a sweet server who wasnt ours came over and got our drinks and actually took our order..her name was Whitney.Our server,Melissa was talking to someone at the counter for several minutes i stead of helping us?...When we did get our food they forgot the frenchfries..when questioned she seemed shocked..and said she would get some for us but they came so late we were pretty much done..the pie that came with my meal was ordered warmed but was cold and litterally a half size piece...our drinks were never refilled until i finally asked and the price for a crappy lunch and very poor servicewas 29.85 dollars...NOT WORTH IT!We have frequented this Sharis resteraunt since it was built and we are very disappointed in its service food and prices.
