Shari's

Both orders included salads but none were brought. When the food was brought asked about the salads and it was like, oh I forgot. . No apologies. I had a prime rib dip sandwich but no au jus was with it after bringing it to her attention I waited for her to bring it, nothing had to ask a second time. She never asked if we wanted dessert. I had left overs and she did not ask if I wanted a box.

Since you change your menu it seems like you changed your staff your service has declined your product has started to fail from your old standards

When we first walked up to the counter a woman asked if we wanted to be seated. When we said we just wanted to get a pie she walked away. We tried to make eye contact with any employee while waiting, so someone would help us. Another woman asked if we were being helped and when we said 'no', she stared at us for a few seconds before hollering to see 'if someone could help the counter.' The woman whom finally helped us with a pie kept apologizing that it wasn't her store and she didn't know where anything was. She asked another employee about the berry pies which got her an eye roll. They were out of the berry trio pie so we settled on the blueberry lemon. All the employees we encountered seemed stressed, irritated, and disorganized. This is the second awful experience we've had at this Shari's. The first time we left without getting table service for an hour. This store needs help! I really enjoy Shari's pies and an sad to see the business going downhill.

After 2 bites of a "dinner" salad, the back of the fork felt gritty. When I looked at it, there was food and a piece of paper stuck to it.

The only good thing about the visit to Shari's are the servers Sarah and Amanda and the manager Jerry. I hate the new menu, I liked the breakfast 24-7 although I was told I could get it if I wanted breakfast, somehow it isn't the same as having a selection. The servers did their best to make me and my friend happy and now my friends visiting in MT are coming back and they have been gone for a couple of weeks and haven't seen the new changes, but trust me I've told them, and before they left they hadn't seen the new changes. Oh and what happened to Free Pie night, I guess it's not free if you have to pay a dollar extra for your favorite. The prices are becoming outrageous and I'd rather spend my money on a buffet, a lot more bang for the buck. The only thing that might draw me back is Jerry, Sarah and Amanda. Sorry but you really have ruined a good thing.

Salad was limp and the dressing was wrong Ordered MR steak and got WD. Onion rings, hashbrowns and steak were way overcooked. Shrimp were almost raw. There were four of us and we all had a bad meal. I eat there often and I have never had such a bad meal. I forgive them but hope this doesn't happen again.

I ordered tea biscuits and gravy... Tea biscuits were harder than a hockey puck!!! My coffee was cold... my poached eggs for overdone... My sausage was burnt... My son's mini burgers tasted like cardboard!! They brought me another order of biscuits and gravy and those we're also hard as a rock!!!! I haven't been to a Shari's in years... Nor do I plan on visiting there in the future!!! This was supposed to be a treat for my children... And it turned into a nightmare!!! Horrible food!!! Horrible experience!!! What a shame !! What an utter waste of my money!!!!

The service was very poor. It took almost 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table after we were sat. When she finally did come, it took her another 10 minutes to get our drinks. And she forgot to even ask my friend what she wanted to drink! The food was poor, she didn't even get the order correct. Overall it took us an hour, after we ordered to be done. And it was not busy. Overall Angie was a very poor waitress, and we will not be back to and sharis.

My french toast was not cooked all the way

As mentioned, large pieces of gristle instead of meat in the Prime Rib Stroganoff. Charged an extra 79 cents to have gravy on the mashed potatoes. Bill total came to $27.78, but later saw the credit card was charged $30.25. We definitely don't plan to return. The prior time we visited we were also shocked to see that we were charged extra for an extra pat of butter - this is shameful. No place charges extra for gravy or a little butter. We used to love dining at Shari's, but no more.
