Fish and Herb Chips. Fish over cooked, it was crunchy and oily. FF were Luke warm and oily, they had been under the heat lamp to long. We did not eat them.

Was told had new cooks. was told new management. told cook called in sick. Everything was cold and over cooked. Most of the meal was not good enough to eat. Was in resturant for hour and half. will not come to sharies again. This was not the first time had problems.

Talked to manager why we didn't get our soup before our other food and why food was taking so long. His answer; waitress was tied up with lottery duties. REALLY? Still had to wait for food and manager disappeared and did not reappear the rest of the time we were there. No asking to refill water glasses and no ticket left with us and dirty dishes were not cleared. The capper was I think a waitress walking behind the counter for 5-10 minutes with a baby in her arms, right in the food prep area. I bring others with me most of the time so there goes your business. Food was good but who wants to put up with that poor service; not a little poor but extremely poor service.

It took 3 different people to get drink, order food, and receive food. I mentioned at leaving my food was barely warm, no one said anything. The table next to us arrived 10 minutes after we had ordered. Their food arrived before ours did. And we had to ask where our dinner was. It was brought a few minutes later. Mine was barely warm.

I am sorry but waiting half an hour for soup and salad is inappropriate. My wife's soup was luke warm, my salad should have been at the table within 5 minutes. The reason I say this is, there are only a few tables during that time. It is was not busy. Our drinks should have been refilled, but the waitress Angie hardly came by and doesn't notice our empty cups until we had to asked for a refill on our sodas. Our food came out a few minutes after our soup and salad, I had ordered the Southern Fried chicken with waffles, gravy was cold and not fresh, chicken was lukewarm and the dish does not look like what the menu shows.. My stepson's burger was lukewarm. Basically our food came out very late and cold. I can't imagine why this one restaurant even bother serving cold dinners which probably sat on the kitchen counter for 10-20 mins. I would not recommend this location to my friends or family due to these issues until they have resolved. Other Sharis restaurant we visited had no issues no matter what time of day we went.
