Overall I love this location the most. The staff is friendly, the food is accurate and hot. While it is obvious they are short staffed the people were still friendly even though they were ridiculously busy. Staying positive under pressure is always a perk I respect.

My service was excellent, as I ordered my meal quite quickly, then received it not too long into my visit. Around 15 minute wait, which for a quality restaurant, I consider quick. The only thing that bothered me, not related to the staff's performance, was the people at a booth near me. They had loud music on, as I was doing my homework, so I couldn't focus as well. I don't mind the chatter, as I can blank that out, but the loud blasting music was a bit rude. The only small small issue was my bacon was slightly underseasoned, as it tasted pretty good, but there was no salt, or any seasoning. Other than that, everything was excellent. And the free slice of pie really helped too! That was exciting. In fact, because I liked the pie so much, I purchased a whole marionberry pie to take home to my mom and family, because I know they love it as much as I do. My rating: 9/10

Our waitress ashley made us feel so welcomed. She was so helpful. Her service was out of this world. It is my wifes birthday and she made her feel so special. I have to say this was the best visit at sharis ever. Thank you Ashley.

We were hungry and it was getting late. Christina was very helpful and friendly. They had only one baked potato so we agreed on cutting it in half and having mashed potatoes with our meal. That worked out for my husband and I. That was Wed eve, so we chose our pie and took it home. A good finish to a good meal. Thank you.

the best pies ever!

I go to brunch with friends most Sundays after church; I would not go to this particular restaurant if it were not convenient and value consistent. The serving staff are always friendly and most remember our 'faces'; making it seem more homelike.
