Our Senior sirloins were cooked correctly to medium but had no seasoning. We asked for Montreal steak seasoning and put it on ourselves. We had to ask for our rolls and butter, they were not offered to us, yet they Were supposed to be part of our meal. I dislike having to ask for a component of my meal. When we went to pay two people did not know what the "short code" was. They wanted my phone # which I refused to give. The third person "sullenly" pressed buttons till she got it to work. Trained? I don't think so! Also, each of the three employees had their name tags turned onwards so you couldn't read a name. Bit pointless wearing the I.D. Tags.

I rate the highly satisfied when things are real satisfactory. Everything was fine, just not anything out of the ordinary , It was good.

Waited to long to get food. Table we sat at was to cold note: thermostat is behind video game.witch is hot and ac is always on.needs to be moved.that cost you a lot of money if it's always running. Can you bring back spaghetti and meatloaf and chili please.are group comes to Shari's almost every day.thank you
