The Prime Rib could be a more prime cut of meat and it needs to be served piping hot which seems to be a problem. I assume the prime rib is precooked so close attention to the finishing and quick delivery to customer is extremely important for a hot meal. jams and pie are outstanding. Put a piece of pie back on the reward for replying here.

Would like soy or almond milk option for coffee

Waiter/Gonzales is always friendly and kind to EVERYONE! Would go back there just to LEARN to be a KIND as he is! But food was a bit disappointing when I could of not make the omelet "crispy" or the over easy a bit to gooey with the whites still? The salsa was awful/ maybe just horrible tomatoes this time of yr/ but I go out to eat something I can NOT COOK BETTER!!!! Give Gonzales a Raise he is so nice to everyone he Knows Personal Customer Service and is a Gem to Keep!!!

Understaffed which makes everything disappointing. Too much on one person.

The time waiting for order was way to long even though there were not many people

The lady that seated and helped us throughout the visit wasn't very kind. She wasn't very friendly. Doesn't have a name tag which is why I don't know her name.

The service is consistently slow. It's disappointing not to see it improve at this location. I ordered a side of fruit to go with my mozzarella sticks and received a bowl of honeydew wedges (rind on) and orange wedges (unpeeled). It was truly bizarre. Most people don't even like honeydew! I was expecting a side of mixed fruit like cantaloupe, pineapple, melon and grapes. Very disappointed in this visit.

Turkey sandwich was were is the meat? Gravey was like water no, taste to it . Temp manager wouldn't come to the table to talk to us. She would walk away from us ,and the cook Rachal ask her to tell us that she would redo. The order on both. She said no.
