Poor greeting. Poor food. Small portion for the money. The fish must have been a minnow in a previous life. Two very small portions of fish. Limp fries haphazardly covered in some grre slimy stuff! The restaurant is grubby. There was a floor grate in the condiment station that was disgustingly grimy. Crumbs and lint around the mop board area.

We were seated immediately upon our arrival. From that point on, all was down hill! I had to signal for someone to bring us menus and water. then, I had to signal for someone to come and take our order. Evidently, our "waitress" was off-shift before our order was ready, so when someone did bring the food, it was only luke-warm. I ordered milk with my meal, but did not receive it. when we were done eating, I had to search for someone to bring "carry-out" boxes and bill. We had requested two separate checks and were presented with one. the staff-person who brought the bill, did correct that but it took her nearly 5 mins as she didn't know how to correct the issue and couldn't find staff who could help her.

With all of the constant menu changes, our favorite items keep disappearing. Our favorite salad with chicken and different fruit was missing this time. My turkey burger was bland, no flavor along with the bun . The steak was missing also.

The server we had was great. Rose was friendly, attentive and highly personable. The food was hot, looked pretty on the plate, and tasted good. Everyone around seemed like they were enjoying what they do and it was a great experience until we went to check out. This was the first time all night that a member of the staff did not smile at us, and this person we had not seen before all evening. She absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke and seemed less than thrilled to be taking our money. While she was taking care of us, she was talking to a server about how tired she was, how much she had worked, how the other supervisors don't appreciate anything she does and how she would much rather be having fun on a Friday night. I would certainly suggest these conversations, if they are to be held at all, be done behind closed doors. It's a pity to have had one person cast such a dark shadow on what was formerly a great experience.

Every time we go to our Sharis the food is different.The portions were very small tonight and I ordered a salad I have had there before and it was different. I had the steak salad and it is supposed to have pecans and it did not.I did get some the server said she had to see if there was some in the back. The steak was on the side and had steak sauce on it. I asked the server why it looked different and he said because it depends on what plates are clean!The presentation was awful. We also had a denver omelet and it was very, very small and had about 1/4 cup of hash browns. We try to eat there but are always so unsure what we are going to get. It will be a long time before I eat there again or suggest to others that they eat there.

My food was not cook all the way and tasted dreadful

The prime rib was disgusting!!!! 1/3 of the steak was meat... the rest was nothing but FAT!!! TERRIBLE!!!

There was no energy from any of the workers. It did not seem like the team members really wanted to be there. The food was luke warm, the pasta dish was runny and sloppy.

The ladies bathroom was really in need of repairs and cleaning cleaning traps were full, toilet and paper towel holders barley hanging on. Restaurant itself a was in need of cleaning.
