I am 95 years old, I have had a club card for a long time but no way to register it. The manager Alicia sat down with me and walked me through the process, bless her heart.

I arrived about 2 PM during a slower time and asked if it would be alright if I lingered at my bowl of soup. I had some reading I had to do before a meeting. The wait staff person was very cordial, assuring me that at that hour, it would be fine. Though I assured I didn't need service she did come back to bring a water refill, and never made me feel rushed. Then the manager, Charles, also came by to assure all was well. It was exactly the atmosphere and the quietness that I needed right at that time. Besides.....the soup was WONDERFUL!

Gonzalo is great. He's waited on us in the past and he's always friendly, knowledgeable and timely. He greets us with a smile and checks back to see how we are doing. He is an asset to the Shari's Restaurant
