Shari's

I enjoyed the fact it was so bright so you could actually see. Noticed the renovations and they looked nice.

The Shari's staff was so, so friendly and helpful. My mom is 95 years of age, and they seated us immediately. The service was superb and the food was great. It's interesting...we ate at a different Shari's in Salem on Lancaster Drive the night before and had a TERRIBLE experience. The service was extremely slow. The staff seemed very stressed and it took a half hour to even get our drink order. It seemed that restaurant was understaffed and the staff was not happy. The manager obviously was inexperienced and was unprofessional. We would have filled out the survey for that Shari's but we did not get a receipt because we paid with cash. This Shari's was the exact opposite - in a good way!

Everyone was extremely friendly. The new remodel was lovely! very open and inviting. A++

I like the remodel of the Keizer store. Dave is always very friendly and works to interact with my disabled son, which makes us both want to come back there to eat. The new store does seem a bit noisier. But then I had been traveling for a month before the visit so could just be I forgot the noise level of the store before I left. It does look very airy, obviously very clean being recently remodeled. I do like the new colors.

Sharis in Keizer has always been one of our favorite places to enjoy excellent food and service. The staff (Tonya, Racine and David) are always attentive to our needs (they are usually the ones we intermingle with). Tonya provides excellent service (she is usually our server) and Racine and David always acknowledge us when they see us in the restaurant. Since the remodeling of Sharis here in Keizer, we enjoy the atmosphere a lot more and the place doesn't look dingy like it used to. I will definitely continue going to Sharis. In fact, my grandson and I had breakfast there just this morning. As usual the food and service was excellent.

Well for starters Paul greeted us as soon as we walked in he was very friendly and upbeat I work in the restaurant business myself and I know that having a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor is very important in keeping customers happy and coming back . I would most defiantly come back just to have Paul wait on us he's an excellent server

Today was a good day. Upon entering, I was greeted with respect and joy. Not for me but a sense of hapiness for being a member of Sharis. I was and am satisfied with Paul. He is an attentive and joyful person who exudes professionalism and and a character that draws people to him and Sharis.He deserves any and all recommendations afforded to him. Paul deserves it.

server Paul was great at his job. Restaurant was nearly empty, i guess we came about 3pm. this location was to be closed for a few days for a make-over. it was needed.
