The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food selection was pretty great. The staff was attentive, and our food arrived fairly quickly. I think the caramel pecan roll I ordered may not have been baked fresh, or was over baked, as it was a little dry, and the candied pecans weren't nearly as flavorful as they usually are, but the rest of the food was the amazing quality I have come to expect from Shari's.

My boyfriend and I came here for a late night dessert-- I ordered apple pie in a jar and he got a a banana cream shake and onion rings. Our waiter, Travis, was amazing! He played around and made jokes with us and when there was no banana cream pie available he offered to help us and got another one made right away. My boyfriend had an apple pie shake and they did an excellent job making it! When the fryer burned the onion rings, Travis came out and was super honest about it, offered us the onion rings for free if we still wanted them, and then offered us another item for free to make up for it since we didn't want the rings. We declined but he was great and super funny! The manager, Phillip, came out, apologized, and again offered us another item on the house, to which we declined. When we finished our desserts, we knew we wanted to thank them both and even more so when we paid and my boyfriend's shake was free we were even more amazed! We had an excellent experience and they were both so friendly and great, way better than we could expect anywhere else at 10:30 at night during the week! Definitely will go back and hope to have Travis again! Thank you guys!
