Shari's

The coffee was not hot enough. The salad had too many leafy greens. The piece of pie was a little skimpy.

It took some time to get a table because the table had to be cleared, but other tables were available. I felt I could have been given one of those tables.

No specifics just wasn't BLOWN AWAY.

The steak was very tiny and cooked poorly. The salad was poorly prepared. Pretty hard to mess up a salad!

Salid was bitter.

The food temperature ranged between warm and very cool

It took a while to place our order. I dont think it was the servers fault because she had several tables to cover and they were quite busy. (Maybe too many tables per server)

The new system where there are no coupons - just what is on the card is difficult for my 88 year old grandmother whom doesn't have a computer to check her point balance or offeres. She is on a limited income and likes to have an idea of what special offers are available. Being able to take me out to dinner makes her feel good, but is financially hard for her. It was always a choice between Shari's and Denny's. With Denny's still offering coupons or Senior discount, I am sure we will be going there more often now.

My mushroom chicken pasta was lukewarm when served.It was not tempted to proper temperature.For heath reason hot food should never be served lukewarm so that bacteria can set in Very disappointed

Wasn't greeted when i got there Asked questions about the lunch trio that manager and server didn't know the answer to and didn't bother to find out. The question was could I pay the difference to have a pie shake instead of a slice of pie ? No one seemed to know or find out. Small grilled cheese I wasn't good until I paid that not all lies are included only some so there was unexpected charge that wasn't really clear which lies were included and which weren't. It was ok over all. A bit sub par
