Shari's

Ham in bone not hot and bland tasting. Waffle served without strawberries reqested. We come t o Shari's almost every Sundsy and don't plan on quiting our routine. Almost all of the staff and managers are really great and we have gotten to know most of them. Suggestion ... we like tea We have started requesting the small coffee pots (that usually come with coffee) be filled with hot water. The white tea pots only keep the water "warm" for a little while and are cold by the time we want a refill. With the small pots the water stays HOT. Really enjoyed my tea this morning after the manager brought us our water pot.

The cook that was on duty, Jerry, treated one of the servers in a very unpleasant way. Our waitress accidentally hit the wrong button on the order and asked for a correction. He was so rude to her and very unprofessional. Not only did he do this he kept up with the degrading remarks after she apologized for hitting the wrong button. This could be heard throughout the restaurant. He owes her an apology. She is very good at her job. Jessica is always very pleasant and cheerful with her customers. We have always been greeting with a warm and welcoming greeting from her. Just thought it needed to be noted about how the cook treated a fellow employee. I have a feeling this isn't the first time. but needs to be the last.

My eggs were overcooked. This is the second time we've stopped for breakfast after church and this happened to my friend the first time. Servers are very good and the manager David really takes an interest in his customers.

I had pot roast and vegetables. The pot roast was very good, but the vegetables were soggy like frozen vegetables can get. Other than that, it was very good.

service excellent - Vincent very welcoming and knowledgeable. courteous and helpful. main issue was the food: I would never order the club sandwich again. Barely any meat, bacon unrecognizable, a thin slab of mystery cheese that could have been sprayed on. with fries $9.95. Not at all worth that price.

My experience was fine. As stated earlier, I thought it wouldn't take as long to be served a bowl of soup and a salad. Also, avocados were left off the salad, but the waitress explained there was a new cook and brought me some. We will be back as we enjoy your restaurant.

I had asked for my hasbrowns to be crispy but they came back slightly burnt on the edges. The meat was also a bit too hard. It wasn't tender like I was expecting. Besides that it was great.

It was clean and good

Waitress Cheryl seemed preoccupied and generally not real happy. But I guess they don't have to be happy to do there job. The scrambled eggs seemed a little burnt and dry.

The bathroom was disgusting. Not only the paper on the floor, which I brought to the attention of my server that the bathroom needed to be serviced. But the trash container and baby changing tray had caked on grime and looked like they had not been washed in a long time. Overall the cleanliness of the bathroom and dining room needed attention. Since I was dining alone I had a lot of time to look around. The floor, table legs, sides of booths, etc. all need a major cleaning and some repair.
