Really? Guess what, Shari's is good, but it isn't a Michelin 3 star restaurant.

Everything was pretty good except the egg white on my Eggs Benedict was runny which grosses me out and there was a huge pile of green onions on my stuffed hash browns, way too much..

My pie dropped and got ruined but they replaced thw whole pie.

Took to long to offer a drink the food took a long time before we received it .

There is not enough room to describe my disappointments. I would prefer to have someone call me to discus. s issues I have found in the last two years. Please call at 503-910-0998 from 10:am to 2:pm Oregon time. Thank you

The server spilled barbecue sauce from my wrist, down the sleeve of my jacket, all the way down my pants and fabric shoes to the floor. He cleaned up the facility and provided napkins and a cloth for my daughter to try to clean up my clothing, which was the first time I had worn the outfit. His solution was to deduct the price of two drinks from our order. I know it was an accident, just trying to carry too many things at a time and had 3 containers of sauce on one small plate at a time.

who charges $15.35 for two pieces of pie and coffee?

I ordered the Honored Seafood Combo which came with two sides. The salad is not what I would call a salad. It was a bunch of lettuce thrown on a plate, with one tomato, and 2 cucumber slices. Sharis could improve their salads tremendously by adding other ingredients i.e. shredded cheese, mushrooms, onions, more tomatoes etc. Very bland and tasteless. The seafood combo was mediocre. Will not have it again or recommend it to anyone else. Our server came to the table to bring our salads, drinks, and food. Didn't even bring the check or ask if we wanted dessert (which I did). We had to go to the register in order to find out what amount was due. My husband and I like Shari's a lot but this was not a good experience and they WERE NOT that busy.

Service was slow. Water was never refilled. Ask for coffee, server acknowledged order but continued cleaning off 2 tables before getting the coffee. I could understand that if the tables were needed but 15 minutes later they are still empty

My grilled salmon was overcooked on the outside and uncooked on the inside. My daughters' French Toast was bland and missing syrup. The only highlight was the friendliness and courtesy of the restaurant's manager.
