Went I with two of us around 7:30pm Sunday. There were no more the 4 other total tables in the hour that we were there. After we recived our meals we were not checked on we had to get up and flag our server down for tobacco. Our water was not re filled and we had drank them shortly after reviving meal. After we revived our check there was an item added that we didn't order server got an attitude when we told her we didn't order that. Food was ok but with as slow as they were we got zero attention. This is not the first time this seems to be a regular way to wait on tables at the keizer oregon location

Once we were seated it took over 30 minutes for anyone to even look at us and ask us if we wanted to order. Then they forgot about our food and I’m most of it was cold when we got it. Not once did anyone talk to us, never got offered a refill, nothing. The manager wouldn’t even make eye contact with us when he asked us “do you want to order?” I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sit down restaurant.

Although I had been seen by several Shari's staff, I was not greeted and felt dismissed. I was only there to pick up a pie. My standing st the counter did not prompt anyone to greet or ask if I needed anything until 7 minutes later. I felt so unwelcome. I was ready to leave. I have not felt this way in such a long time by any establishment m. I was very disappointed. When someone finally helped, I expressed my concern and even then no apology was expressed about my wait or for not being greeted. Never again will I step foot into this Shari's.

The manager Dave just stared at us waiting in the lobby and watched our server Paul seat the people in front of us, us,and the people behind us. We waited 29 minutes until our food came to the table from the time of placing the order our bill was given to us about 10 or 15 minutes before we even received our food when we did get our food it was cold and had been sitting in the window obviously for a long time ,he asked if we wanted it we made it we said yes and I know we got the same food, new gravy put on top of old and the same reheated breakfast. I'm a server myself so this was offensive. The manager did nothing and never even came to the table while our server did everything from seat the door to Cashing Out people's poker winnings one person cannot be expected to run an entire restaurant, Paul was a great server but that restaurant needs more support, you can remodel and make the place as pretty as you want but without the right staff and management the restaurant will fail. Never coming back

Store was very cold inside had to go to truck and get a coat complained a few times ordered my hamburger with the egg on it egg over medium came back white wasn't even cooked shouldn't have to eat with coat on very uncomfortable manager in store very unprofessional

The first time I came in order food the cook was using a shop vac cleaning up muddy water at the side door while cooking my food brought it to there attention n they were not concerned so I left with out even eating my food the second time I came didn't get the order right food was cold even had the waitress try it she said the same thing n nothing was done nether time so I tried it again same deal didn't get the order right at all I come in at 3 in the morning I'm the only one here tell Manger came out explain to home what all I just said n his response was well next time n my response was why would there be a next time n he walked away

That was my back. After all the worked. The One who set me down. Did not offer me water any kind of drink.. I sit there. And someone else who was working came back. And brought me my Tea. The Lady who was helping me. Was off talking. She did come by. My order was so so. I paid for it . It took me a while. Everyone I needed was doing there Job. The one I had. Was talking. There was things for her to do. I have been back Cheryl help me and it was great..

My server was very friendly food came very quickly I was very happy with the price. However the manager had a problem with another customer started agreeing with the customer about how stupid the employees were talking bad behind their back. This made me sick

The 2 person booth I was sat at smelled of sewage. I found my waitress and told her to move me and why. She moved me to the next booth, and said she has received other complaints about it, but the Manager said there was nothing wrong. Then 5 minutes later, she placed a couple in that booth. Before I left I went to the ladies room, and that restroom reeked of sewage too. Clearly the building has plumbing issues, and needs to be closed and fixed.
