Shari's

I ordered a BLT and when I received it the bacon was all in little pieces. I did let the waiter know and showed it to him and he apologized and said that the bacon they used on my sandwich was the one they used in the salad and did not know why they did. He offered to bring me the bacon, so I was giving him my plate he said no it's okay he will just bring the bacon. I didn't think I should have to make my own sandwich, but I did. Then I had to wait for him at least 20 minutes for him to finally refill my water. I never have experienced this kind of service here. I was shocked. I didn't expect my meal to before but they could of discounted it a little. This was by far the worst service I've ever had here.

I will not go into detail, at this time. But at checkout, my friend and I approached the register and waited for a customer ahead of us. I went first. I handed the cashier my check and credit card. He gave me the slip to sign and I did with addition of tip, I added $3.00. My friend next and he and the cashier were talking, I over heard him say I will charge you the $.30 I felled to charge him because of a mistake on the check. I said what...no way. I took a dollar out of my pocket and handed it to him. He in return went to hand me back $.70 in change. I said you keep it. You apparently need it more because any reputable business would eat the loss that it was the waitress fault it was totaled wrong in the first place and that he tried to force the payment on another customer. And plus he never mentioned it to me. He also let everyone around know that he wasn't going to take the loss. Then the waitress said it was her fault. I have been eating at this Sharis a very long time and have never been insulted this bad anywhere ever

restaurant was not busy. but had to wait to be seated also she spilt the water on the table and did not clean it. long wait to take order and even longer to get are food. my food was cold and the sausage gravy had no flavor. so i decided to take it home and has to wait another 14 min. to get a take home box. this is not acceptable sharis. before this never had a problem.

This was the worse service I have ever experienced at a Sharis. I will not go out of my way to visit this store again.

The server was not friendly or personable at all. My mother asked her a question and she was rude and said something as she was walking away. Made no acknowledgment that she was being talked to just went to another table and grabbed their plates. As she was grabbing their plates they asked if she fixed their check because apparently something was wrong with their order also. My food came out room temperature and my sandwich had no mayonnaise or anything. It was completely dry. I was not impressed with shari's and this was my first time here. I won't be returning. The price we paid for the food we could have paid somewhere else like Applebee's or red robin and had better service and a cleaner atmosphere.

We tried the prime rib night. I ordered medium rare, and I got medium done. No red at all. then the prime rib had so much fat, it was terrible. Took pictures of this so called prime rib. Our server never came back by. I didn't even eat the prime rib so all I got was the baked potatoes. $12.99 for a baked potatoe. Never will eat there again. It was terrible

food was cold, toast was almost burned and cold, hashbrowns were cold, sausage was lukewarm, eggs were lukewarm, cappacino was luke warm.

Never got a refill on my coffee, waitress ran vaccume all around and under my table, accutally hitting my husband and my feet with it. Felt like we were being pushed to leave. Only ate about half our food because you could taste the dust from the vaccume. Very disappointed, seeing how it was my birthday dinner. Won't make that mistake again!

I wanted a quick dinner in a convenient location. One member of my party got biscuits and gravy and the gravy was horrific. It was chunky and gritty and tasted as though it was a week old. Nasty!!!
