The server, Tapi, made sure we had everything we needed. She was very patient and helpful with the menu. Overall very happy with pur experience.

The service was amazing, manager Face greeted my table to check on the visit. Just a great atmosphere.

This restaurant has a warm, welcoming environment. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The food is always wonderful and this is our number one choice to eat out.

Our waitress was super! Food was delicious - great turkey and ham (2 dinners) Restaurant is always clean.

The price keeps going up so high for even a small senior meal that I may have to quit going out to breakfast on sunday mornings. I am trying to keep my calories down and they charge an extra $1.00 when I order fruit instead of hash browns.

The food was served in an exquisitely timely fashion. The foods flavor was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tapian was a very upbeat, personable waitress at the North Salem Shari's Manager is always nice to see each visit, also.

Janesha is always so nice! I usually stop by when i’m getting off work and she works overnights... Always so happy and tentative!

Given the nature of the time, Thanksgiving and crowd, we were all very pleased with seating time, expected, the busy atmosphere, with numerous employees going about their business in a hurried and productive manner. What ever their incentive for working a holiday it certainly paid off for Corporate. You should be very pleased with this restaurants staffs teamwork efforts in tending to a busy holiday clientele quite successfully. Thank You Shari's and Merry Christmas!
