Not enough staff but not their fault. Wrong sauce but didn't really care.

Its ok.

There was honey on my fried chicken (dinner) and I specifically looked for that on the menu cause I got the other fried chicken option last month and had asked for no honey. Why would you put honey on fried chicken anyway?

Customer service it was ok we waited to be seated, we got sit all the way on the corner by the main kitchen door

I think the store is ignoring needed maintainace like all formica tops on tables and booths are severely worn down to fiberboard. Bring back the counter at the McMinnville Shari's, get rid of tables and bring back the booths. Some times there is not enough help and most of the staff are overworked because of not enough help. I spend a lot of time at Shari's because of the loss of my wife. Staff are wonderful but more help I think is a MUST!

Overall we like this Sharis and the majority of the staff are friendly and hard working. We are vegetarian and there are very few options left for us compared to the past. A meatless entree salad would be nice. This location stopped carrying cottage cheese based on issues with the supplier. We hope you get another supplier as we order it a lot. The portions on the french fries could be a little bigger.

Nachos did not satisfy because after a few minutes the cheddar solidified. Also, too much cheddar "sauce". Service was average for Shari's, so no reason to get excited about it.

Just not one of best visits. But if I was working on Thanksgiving I doubt I'd be the most congenial either. Just not feeling highest scores on this visit. I'll be back.

The ranch was not cold. Im sick. I did not like the tea.
