The service was a little slow and the temperature in the restaurant was on the cold side. The food was quite good though.

I ordered the prime rib (large cut) - it lacked flavor not juicy and did not have a crust on it which makes for a good prime rib. I would consider it mediocre. Also, the baked potato would be much better with a little more butter and sour cream plus some chives and bacon bits. Now, that would set up the meal.

The food is way too expensive for the portion size you get. I got the special of strawberries & pancakes. There was a good amount of strawberries but only 2 smaller sized pancakes & a lot of whipped cream. I really wanted the French toast instead of the pancakes but it looked like the pancakes had a bigger portion compared to the French toast. As I said, the portion size for the price is really quite small.

Took very long time for waitress to see us and then only after asking for service. Did answer questions and took order but did have correct information. Was told had soup we wanted and told 2 pieces of fish with dinner. Both wrong. Right before meal found not right soup which based rest of meal around so had to change side. My friend was also very disappointed at change. Wait persons should know what soup is available and she didn't even say it was gone but not today. It's on the menu! Disappointing.

When asking about the beer menu, the server just named things too fast and wasn't too polite about it.

I loved our waitress Cassy, she was so nice and the drink she made me was DELICIOUS. Love her.

I mean it was fine, and ill gone again, but I wish I got it faster, but it wasn't too slow

The server we had was exceptional & went out of her way for us. I was unhappy mostly with the Pot Roast I ordered. When it came it looked like a huge serving but come to find out only half of it was edible the other half were giant chunks of fat. I don't know if this is typical because it was the first time I ordered it but considering the serving size I thought it was over-priced. In fact, it seems the entire menu has gone up in price & while I like the fact there is a senior menu (Thank you!) there was not enough choices on it & being on a fixed income I have to watch how much I spend eating out.

Cassy was great she anticipated our needs and was friendly and efficient
