Prime Rib special was over done for what I ordered. They were out of baked potatoes. Shrimp Scampi did not have any favor and was dry. I had some Chicken Alfredo the night and it was great. The pies are wonderful. Server Tabatha was absolutely wonderful! All the servers have been great so far.

The food is very responsive and small portions

Service at this Sharis, is always as good as it gets. Lois does an outstanding job at taking our orders, keeping our coffee cups filled and making sure we are satisfied and happy as far as she has control. Our group of breakfast goers, 8 of us have been gathering at this Sharis, each Thursday since 1997. We go here because the seating is adaquate for our group. Food is tyically bland, and OVER PRICED compared to other restaurants.

Ordered prime rib and a good portion was mainly fat

My glass was full of ice; therefore, I was out of water quickly. Waitress (Maria), came to table, but did not notice I was either low or out of water....I ordered a shake, thinking it was going to be $3.99, as menu indicated. I said outloud, only $3.99 if I ordered a shake with my burger! Then I ordered an Oreo shake, which was $2 more. I did not know that and it would have been nice if waitress would have pointed that out. I take the blame as I should have read it in the menu (though I didn't look that closely). But waitress should have let me know. Disappointing. Maria seemed to want to talk to her fellow workers as opposed to making her customers a priority.

Highly satisfied to me would mean there is no room for improvement, and there is almost always a little room for improvement.

Forgot soup & salad order forgot check

The food took a little while to get to us, otherwise the visit was perfect.

One of the items we ordered could not be gotten and it took quite a while to find that out and reorder. Waited awhile after table cleared for the check

I love to get the breakfast at Sharis because i think the hashbrowns are great. Unfortunately at this visit they were so dripping in butter that it was pooling on the plate underneath them. I hope that this was just a one time error on the cooks part as i would hate to not be able to get my favorite hashbrown any more.
