Everything was great!

I was satisfied

Everything seemed great. But our server before we were finished with our meal didn't ask if we wanted anything else such as desert and just brought us our check. My daughter and I were intending on having dessert but I think the server left on break cuz we didn't see her after she dropped our check. We ended up just going somewhere else for dessert

Was looking forward to the prime rib ((sort of a "ritual" withj wife &)I. Found my cut rather tough and cold, as was the baked potato.

Sharis at this location is a good place for our retiree Thursday morning breakfast. Been meeting here for breakfast with fellow employees since Feburary 1997. Seating meets our needs with the corner booths...we typically have 6 to 9 joining us for breakfast. Food is okay, but is becoming very pricy.

the only thing was the wait for the food.staff was very pleasant,which made up for it.

This time was not bad, we eat at this Shari's about 3-4 times a week sometimes we take people with us. tired of different servers being a little too busy to come back to table, some unfriendly, food inconsistent when we order the same thing we've ordered before and it comes out totally different, sometimes perfect some times quite greasy, the blonde manager told me "we just can't cook it the way you want" when I asked for my turkey burger to not be greasy. We stopped going for a while and went to Ruby Tuesday's instead. Giving it another try with the manager Jennifer... she's really great and friendly, others that are friendly & personable are Robert, Paul and Martha, they seem to care about the way you want your food.

I was interested in exchanging one of my sides (soup or salad) for Mac and Cheese. I was told it wasn't possible, that I'd have to pay an additional $4.00. That price is crazy for a few cheap noodles and a little cheese. I do understand charging to upgrade, maybe $1 or $2 dollars more, but $4....? That's way to much for a small side.

While delivering order, found that part of what I ordered was not available. Replacement was long in delivery time so first portion was cold. Usually I am always happy with Sheri's, I think this was just incompetence in the server knowing what was happening in the kitchen.

The restaurant was to cold. It wasn't just us the entire restaurant was complaining about the temp. Everyone had on a outside coat on and one lady was shivering while trying to eat her food. The wait time for our food seemed to be extra long compared to previous times I was there and to us it did not seem like there were many people.
