Asked for no salad dressing on the salad, it came with the vinagrette. Found a plastic bag the lettuce came in at the bottom of my salad. Brought it to their attention and they made me another salad. AGAIN with salad dressing. Asked for it to be packaged to go because everyone else had already eaten their food and the waitress brought another plate of lettuce to be put in the to go box with no dressing. My wife and I were comped free drinks (lemonade and Pepsi and a slice of pie). Found out the Manager was in the kitchen that day and he was embarrassed about the plastic bag.

At the slowest part of the day, our waitress never checked back to see if we needed anything. My husband had to clear the table. My Mom tried to get the waitress's attention and they ignored us. We paid for our meal at 4:04 pm which isn't even dinner time and to get this kiind of service is terrible. I think Shari's ought to be worried since we have a new IHOP coming to town.

Wife's omelet was overcooked, Two very small slices of avocado, cheese was not as advertised, hash browns were grease, fruit was not new, the number of large scrimp was 3 and the bay scrimp small and over cooked. My philly rib dip was highly over cooked and the cheese was approx. 1 inch square. for an $11.28 meal I had a .50 cent mess. This is the last time for your estableshments.

They were out of two of the items we ordered. The wait person was not aware of this and returned to the table 2 different times to report the problem and change the order. In addition, one of the orders was not prepared correctly.

Was told by my server since i did not buy my pre-ordered pies from her, she said that she would remember me!What that means i don't know?

This is for all Sharis cafes. I used to like their salads but not anymore. I don,t like the so called greens they use and there was one small slice of cucumber and one cherry tomato on our salads and that was all. We like iceberg lettuce and a little variety of veggies mixed in like it used to be. Also, now we have to choose 2 sides to get a potato, veggies, bread, soup or salad with the dinner entree. If we choose potato and veggie then we are charged for the salad. Also the serving of a so called steak is tremendously small. I feel we are getting cheated all the way around. My husband really no longer likes to eat there anymore for these reasons.

It took 20 minutes to receive the foood

I have eaten after Sherry's all of them in the Salem area at times I can sit there for 20 or 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledges I am there at your restaurant in McMinnville we were greeted at the door we were seated given our water and our drinks very promptly our order was taken relatively soon however it took another 34 minutes before we got our food there were six of us however 3 of those people had grilled cheese sandwiches two of them had burgers and I had an omelet and hash browns I used to cook in a restaurant that should not have taken more than 10 to 15 minutes and it's not like you were busy there only three other tables seated when we came in you filled up while we were there before we ever even got our food the waiter was an excellent person very prompt very courteous he could train the people in Salem on how to do customer service not satisfied at all with the food or the time it took to get it the waiter should never have to apologize for the cook

I do not like your new menu items. The prices have gone up and choices have downsized. What happened to the Senior menu??????? Your calorie counts are outrageous and I tried to modify my meal, get an extra half sandwich in place of the pie, which I don't need calorie wise. I am not paying $9 for a half sandwich and a bowl of spinach. It is not diet friendly for those of us who are really trying to cut down on calories and pounds. The service was good, including the waitress, considering I was a bit cranky with my order. My mom likes to go there but if I had my choice I wouldn't go back.

The customer service is terrible. I typically like to tip big but I had asked my partner to not tip at all. She still gave a tip but it was not earned. The friendliness of the three people we encountered was more like they hated that we came in to eat. The woman working the register had no smile and acted like we were inpositioning her to ask for a seat. Our waiter got off shift and that was the last anyone came to check on us. He brought us our food a few minutes later our bill. It was our anniversary and I was excited to come here for something new. I don't see us ever coming back here again not even for the free cinnamon roll offered for taking this survey. Management really needs to talk to these people about friendliness, and customer service.
