The fresh strawberry pie was not fresh. This is the first time this has happened. Normally the pie is a beautiful red. I was disappointed to say the least.

I went in and ordered 2 pies to go. I ordered a strawberry pie and peach pie. After going home and enjoying our dinner, we went to enjoy our pie, only to find out they gave me a strawberry pie and some mixed berry pie. Although I enjoyed the strawberry pie, I did not enjoy the mixed berry and had been looking forward to the peach pie. If I hadn't already been in my pj's I would have returned the pie.

To begin with my soup was cold - butternut squash. Ordered fish sampler with cod and shrimp. Both came out of a box I might buy in freezer section at market. Cod HEAVELY coated and greezie!! Shrimp/prawns so small with too much coating. Neither were tasty and didn't eat all. VERY disappointing Friday night fish dinner. In my opinion it should be taken off the menu unless it can be Improved. Esp. here in the PNW where there is sooo much fresh fish. Very strange that I had 3 different servers. I left only $1 tip. Christmas dinner there was WONDERFUL.

Our waitress was one of the worst waitresses I have ever had. Upon seating us when we walked in the door, she looked in our direction and said aloud, "Oh are you serious?!" apparently she was feeling overwhelmed by the amount of customers. When she came to take our order, she did not greet us at all, not even a "hi." We ordered an appetizer. She brought my salad that was part of my meal first. We waited almost 35 more minutes for the appetizer. I had to approach the register area and ask another server to bring my 5 year old daughter a glass of water. The waitress did not ONCE during our TWO HOUR LONG dinner check on us or ask how we were. My salmon dinner was DISGUSTING; I couldn't cut through it with my fork it was so overcooked and tough. We will never be back. A waste of $30.00. I want my money back.

Mozzerella sticks were cold Steak very stuff, hard to cut and chew Dinner roll very tuff to eat and chew

My shake wasn't a full portion. There was 1/4th of it missing. I have gotten shakes several times here and they have always been filled right but this time the shake was missing more than a tiny bit

Tabitha, was HORRIBLE. She didn't refill our drinks, would go missing. Got my order wrong. We couldn't find her to get our check. Penny gave us our checks after seeing that our server wasn't anywhere to be found. The restaurant wasn't even busy so there was no reason for any of this to happen. She showed up as we were paying with Penny. Tabitha was slacking and kept her section waiting for longer than anyone should.

Horrible service by your server Tabatha!!! HORRIBLEEEE!!! She would go missing didn't refill waters got my order wrong, when I FINALLY received my food it was cold!!! Waited about 20 minutes for her to pass by to get water then waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for her to show up!!! It wasn't even busy!!!! Had to get another waitress to get out check!!! SHE WENT MISSING!!! When she FINALLY showed up again, the new waitress was nice enough to check us out!!! Tabatha not only had us waiting but another couple!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Robert is the best!! Wish he was our server today!! I was never asked if my food was okay, NEVER asked if I wanted my water to be refilled! She's horrible!!!

The food took too long. A simple half of a grilled cheese sandwich took almost 30 minutes and the cheese wasn't even melted and was still cold. We were pressed for time and received our bill. We mention the issue to the cashier. He asked if we would like to speak to a manager and since we didn't have time, we told him and said we wanted to make sure someone was aware. He did not say anything else the entire transaction. When we went to leave, he just said 'Next please.' No apology, no 'have a nice day's I said "Not even a sorry?" as we we walked out of the door He loudly said " Have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. My family eat last here about twice a month. We will NOT be returning.

My server look like she was mad to begin with. I had actually screen to get her attention. My husband had to get up with the picture water to refill it because nobody ever came. And everything my daughter order they didn't have. Over all I felt discriminate.
