Shari's

After being seated I was not served. After 15 mins I found someone and asked to be reseated at a table that had a server. The person I spoke to took my order. I have been visiting this Sharis 3-4 times a month for at least 18 months. The service begin deteriorating for the last 3-4 months and this is as low as it can get. I'm noticed that every server is new. All of the people I recognized are gone. I was not asked if I wanted anything else and was given a bill. At that time I ordered a desert to go, I had a coupon to cover the cost. I was given the cinnamon roll but evidently not a new bill. Because, when I went to pay the ticket I was charged for more then the ticket. After the initial confusion it was decided that the ticket had not shown the roll. I showed the person the coupon and after more confusion someone was found that knew how to charge a customer that had a coupon. Seems that training is not a priority.

It took 25 minutes toget our food after we ordered it. We ask our waitress why so long to get food and she told us they were in training in the kitchen. Then my husband had to ask twice for a glass of water once when we first ordered and then again when we were almost thru with our meal. I had eggs benedict and the poached eggs were almost hard-boiled and the whole meal was just lukewarm. WE were very disappointed with our meal. We were there at 3:30 pm so it was not a busy time. In fact there were very few customers so it should not have taken 25 minutes to get our food. We have always enjoyed eating at our local Sharis but today was a disaster. The staff there needs to be more cognizant of their customers and their needs.

Sharis used to be the go-to place in town because it is open 24/7. But now, the food has gone down hill and people are looking for other places to eat- most of the food is very obviously frozen and cooked poorly. My Prime Rib Dip was cold and nothing more than tiny shreds of burnt meat and gristle on a soggy bun. Many years ago I really enjoyed ordering that item, but now it's clear the cooks don't care about food quality.

The server left to bring me the lemons I asked for for my iced tea, and never returned until we flagged him down. The food took about 45-60 minutes to get to our table. The server never asked me, or my party, how we wanted our steaks cooked. He walked off after taking our order, and about 45 minutes later our room temperature, dull grey, food arrived. My prime rib was grey, lifeless, not hot, and dry looking. It was like a dogs chew toy. Very disappointing. The manager only gave me a $4 credit, and I had to pay the extra $12 for a meal that was not worth a dime. The server even said that he felt that we deserved a full refund even though the manager only gave me, and my party, a small discount. The experience was miserable. Myself and the two other people in my party were all starving after waiting for 45+ minutes, and to get served grey, lukewarm food was just a slap in the face. 2/3s of my party could not finish the bad food on our plates, and had to return it to our server. We were not offered to have the food replaced, and we were not refunded for full price of the food. We will think twice about going to this Shari's in my neighborhood.

I ordered the crispy chicken blt. The bun was soggy the chicken was soggy and the bacon was burnt. It was the most disgusting thing ive ever been served at a sharis. The waitress did not ask about the food, or if we were finished before dropping the check and walking away. The cashier was uninterested and didnt say a word the entire transaction. I love sharis, but this one in particular was horrid and I will not be returning to it.

We had a group of 4 people and were all dissatisfied with our orders. (1) much gristle in beef of the steak salad (2) shells were still on the shrimp of shrimp & salad. Not just the tails, the whole shrimp (3) senior chicken strips were extremely greasy & my wife couldn't eat them (4) hash browns (stuffed...not as I ordered) were so greasy I could not eat them

The food seemed to take a long time, and I finally received my plate the hashbrowns were dry and cold, the scrambled eggs and cheese was barely warm the cheese was cold, Bacon was cold and tough the only good thing what's the pancake and the one piece of sausage. The guy who bused the tables would take the large dish pan and just toss the dishes in the sink or wherever they go, he was so loud every time he did it I jumped, I could not enjoy my meal or my friends I would win because of the constant noise he made.
