I was very satisfied with the service i received from terry... how ever the lack of backup support from the on shift manager needs a lot of work.... at 12:15 when the server is getting slammed and doing the best she can the manager should have stepped up and helped not be hiding and no where to be seen

My experience at sharis was well satisfied. Especially our server, Terry! She was an awesome server. You guys should consider giving her a raise.

Servers are very attentive, friendly, and quick. They ensure that you are satisfied with your food and visit, and frequently check to make sure nothing else is needed. Beverages are always refilled without asking, and my server Robert made sure multiple times that nothing else was needed. It’s a pleasure coming in here and I definitely will return :)
