My service was awesome ,the food was great and I was comfortable.

Raed is very interesting. We love to hear his accent and we love him to help us to order. Its always a surprise.. And always awesome! He is very fast...we look forward to seeing him and having great food!

The prime rib was a fatty grisley cut.

It was busy but service didn't suffer.

Good stuff. Aiden was quick.

We had no problems on this trip to Shari's. I was surprised that I didn't recognize anyone of the crew members on Wednesday Pie Day. Bailey was very good and made sure we were happy with our meal. Everyone was very friendly.

Three friends and I eat @ Shari's each Sunday morning following a regular meeting nearby and have been for a couple years....we have a favorite table (recommended by the waitstaff because it's warmer than others); and the waitresses who serve in our area (e.g. Precious, Alexis) remember our preferences, our special needs and are unfailingly cheerful and efficient. The manager is out & about in the restaurant, visible and visits with us frequently. We feel welcomed, known and appreciated. We all have Shari's cards and use them; if we fail to remember to do this, Precious/Alexis/Manager remind us.
