Stacy are waitress was wonderful, she made the visit fabulous. The food was fabulous as well.

Stacey was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our dinner the best experience possible. She gave us her full attention and treated our kids as if we were family. I have never felt so great about my service and I hope to see her again.

My server "Robin" (tall, blonde hair) was exceptional. Witha very welcoming presence & wonderful smile, her timing was perfect...waited on me immediately, provided me water I asked for soon after, & checked in on me appropriately to order... happily giving me the extra time time I needed. There was something "special" about Robin... I felt like she really cared about not only giving me the best service, but authentically caring about me as a person. When paying my tab, I told her I appreciated her awesome service & thank you... When Robin replied "Ubetcha!" I recognized her "midwest roots" in her demeanor. She was from Minnesoata & I from Wisconsin, so we chatted briefly & I left with an inner smile & great feeling. I was in for a very late dinner after a long, rough day and I think this was the most pleasurable dining experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Thank you so very much Robin :-)

Our server, Aiden, was very helpful; did a great job! We loved our grilled chicken, berries, and flatbread salads! Only "problem" was the gal who made our Caramel Macchiato neglected to add the caramel to it (like we know they do, from prior orders of this).

My server was amazing, he made me and my family feel at home. I have to say I haven't seen something like that in a long time. Very satisfied with Shari's, will come again.

The restaurant was clean, the front desk seated us immediately, the order process was easy, our waitress was helpful and very pleasant about serving us. The payment process went smoothly with very little waiting.
