Josie, our waitress was very professional and courteous, and didn't mind getting extras we forgot to order when our order arrived. She was constantly asking if we needed anything else, while making sure she wasn't constantly "looking over our shoulders".

Our server Tammy was remarkable considering she was the only server....bussing and cash register, too! Very friendly, excellent service, assisting my husband who has Parkinson's.

The Milwaukie area was under a "boil water" alert and this was adding to the craziness! Everything was great with our visit . Service was wonderful

Love the remodel. It makes the restaurant look a nicer family restaurant.

We arrived mid afternoon, in the pouring rain, for some reason there were not many people there and our server Raed was very sweet --- it was a totally relaxing, low key meal. We even stayed longer then we needed to, had a pot of tea and a piece of pie. One of the female servers was really friendly too, we talked about "where is everyone?" Just turned out to be a perfect time, with new furnishings and a fresh look --- and of course the Canada geese and Mallards ducks were right out the window. It was great. Thank you.

They are very accommodating, food tastes great, waiters is very friendly, I love eating at Sharis.

WE USED TO GO TO SHARI'S EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT FOR DINNER. WE HAD TWO OR THREE FAVORITE SERVERS. THEN CAME YOUR NEW MANAGER TONYA. SHE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A MANAGER WE HAVE EVER SEEN.SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO MAKE SURE THAT SHE TOOK ALL OF OUR FAVORITES OFF OF FRIDAY NIGHTS. SHE TOLD US BOTH THAT WE HAD TO LIKE IT, OR DON'T COME BACK. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHARI'S EXPECTS FROM THEIR MANAGERS, BUT I WOULD NOT THINK IT IS THAT KIND OF ACTION. LAST NIGHT WE WENT FOR DINNER, UPON THE INVITES FROM SEVERAL OF THE SERVERS ETC. SHE WAS NOT THERE AND IF SHE WAS, WE WOULD NOT HAVE GONE. WE WERE TOL SHE WOULD BE BACK ON EVENINGS SOON. WE WILL NOT, PERIOD WE SPENT AT LEAST TWO HOURS THERE FRIDAY NIGHT AND HAD WONDERFUL TIME WITH ALL. WE WOULD HOPE THAT THIS PERSON WILL BE CHECKED UPON SOON. SINCERELY, TERRY & JOANNE GIFFORD.

The Hostess quickly seated us. Our Server was friendly and checked with us frequently to see if we were ready to order but did not pressure us to hurry. She checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything and refilled our water glasses without our having to ask. And she answered our questions about the pie slices and why some were more than others depending on what category they filled. A very pleasant experience.
