Upon entering the restaurant my friends and I were greeted with a smile by Amanda the manager and seated promptly. Moments after we were accompanied with a cheerful young lady named Renee, our server for the night. My friends and I knew that we wanted pie shakes but i wanted breakfast but simple. Renee suggested the breakfast sampler, so that is what i ordered. Only a minutes or two and our pie shakes were at our table and might i say they looked and tasted absolutely delicious. The breakfast sampler met all of my needs with my favorite breakfast foods. Renee is the only server to my knowledge that will make movie quotes with you and make your time just that much better and full of joy. Overall great experience and service. Thank you Sheris, I will be returning again and again.

Our server was great. Same person seated us, got us our drinks before we even knew it and took care of us the whole time. Haven't seen her in here in a long time, can't remember her name (maybe amanda or Mary??) We didn't even know she still worked here. Hopefully we see her more during the days.

We stopped at Shari's for breakfast, and the food was delicious and provided at a good value. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was very busy, so we don't fault the wait staff for anything. And, when they came to our table, they were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely return.

Service is great. But don't like FROZEN vegetables or BBC mashed potatoes.

Our reception was very prompt and invitable for winow seating as requested. The receptioness asked for our desire drink and responeded with them with expedient servive,indicating our waitress would be with us soon.We were reviewing our menus and who should appear but a wonderful waitress. She asked if we were ready to order or would like a little more time.we ordered and were well satisfied with every thing,especially the waitress follow-up.She did a splendid job and should be commended for her efforts.WONDERFUL and Made an Enjoyable Dinner.

Food is always good and breakfast is always available. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond to our requests. Go-to place for when we are hungry.

the employee was very friendly and she told us about the pies and prices and deals happing right now.. she also told us about the club card, which I am now a member.. all in all it was a great experience.. Brianne was awesome...

I love the feel inside of the restaurant and the Sonoma spirit that each employee exudes. The Menu is expansive and delicious. Lastly, the toast was perfect.
