The server Reneea was very kind sweet and attentive gave her 5 stars.The food was great. The table was clean and not sticky or greasy. The seat was clean it had no crumbs on it. I gave it 5 stars.

The greeting was very gracious and we were seated immediately in a window booth of our choice.The waitress took our order for a drink and returned in a very expedient time,while we were looking at the menu with the promotional offer and the regular menu as well. The waitress was very receptive in taking our orders with some minimal request of us to cook it well done.as we prefer it.The service was excellent and the food cooked the way we desired. Will return again soon.

Service was good, food was good, atmosphere was normal, restaurant was busy with the number of customers that had came in for dinner.

The server was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable regarding options for a custom dietary need. The food was prepared as requested and was perfect. Your Assistant Manager, Rebecca Smith is an amazing individual to have on staff. She makes you feel so welcome when you arrive. She jumps in where she can to assist and takes the time to really show that she cares. Her service is Stellar and a MUST in this industry. Shari's is VERY lucky to have someone who cares soooo much about the store and the client experience. I can only hope that if your store manager is half as good as Rebecca then you have one amazing team. I was shocked to see her title was only Assist Mgr on her business card. I would have thought that store was hers. She definitely takes pride in being a part of your organization. I just wanted to take a few moments to share my experience. I have been coming daily for the past 2 weeks while on business. I am sure you receive more complaints than you do praise and I wanted to be sure that I took the time to let you know how amazing she is!
