Service and food were great!

the berry summer salad was excellent, the waitress was very efficent and friendly. i love free pie wed because i get to try diffent pies without buying a whole pie.

Our server Jack was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and gave the very positive impression that he loves his job and is delighted to give customers the best possible dining experience. He was as wonderful to a very large party near us as he was to our party of two. He's really, really good at what he does. Staff like that make customers return again and again. Give Jack recognition, appreciation, and a raise!

Adri was a great server, there was a customer in a couple booths over who was being very rude to Adri but she was very professional and handled the situation well.

I continue coming back to this Shari's location because it offers the best deals on family-friendly meals, with fair prices, good menu selections, delicious "comfort" food, and friendly staff.

Greeted and given a table right away. Waitress remembered us from other visits , and seemed glad to see us. Food cAME WARM AND DELICIOUS.

The servers are really friendly. I had a coupon for a free pie shake. it was so good. Its almost like meeting up with old friends you grew up with. its pretty cool going there.
