My family and I love coming into Sharis in Rohnert Park where our servers all know our names and are always so friendly.

The food was delicious. The service was phenomenal. And, the environment was clean and inviting.

Jess seated me and took my order for coffee - and brought it promptly, as always.Teresa was delightfully attentive, quick, friendly without being overbearing; like virtually all of the staff at this store, she appeared to enjoy her job. (Sign of VERY good management!) I appreciate this store's location (2 miles from home) and that it's open 24 hours; occasionally I DO need a midnight, or very early morning meal.

I've been coming into Shari's for years with my fellow police officers. For the past few months we've had the pleasure of getting Jesse as our server. That guy rocks. It's because of that that I'm finally doing a servey. My food was great. I had a delicious bbq burger. Jesse always remembers that I only like the crumbled bacon. Your oreo pie is amazing. I wish you guys kept the Key Lime year around though. Our normal booth in the corner was clean and ready for us. And Jesse always makes sure we get our orders in correctly because he understands that we need to leave sometimes during our meals without warning.

My waitress Renae was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. When ordering my food she was able to answer all the questions I had and made me very comfortable though out my dining experience.
