Her knowledge of your menu; her profound desire to make our stay very pleasant and accommodating; her warm, friendly personality; and her consistent checking on us to see that everything was to our satisfaction; and her willingness to accommodate us in anyway, make her an extremely valuable asset to Shari’s! The food was outstanding and the ambience was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your establishment, and we will become regular, steady customers in the future. This was our first visit to your restaurant and it was a fabulous experience!

It was a pleasant surprise to have one of the wait-staff to be named Shari (or a close variation). I had no knowledge of her before my visit, but I want to give her high marks for being professional and friendly—simple as that. I’ll definitely stop in again when I pass through next time.
