When our arrived everything looked good but as I eating my hamburger I noticed there was a hair in a burger .I didn't want to tell the waiter it would have taken longer to serve another one. But I never had a problem before

My Fries were cold and they were out of several types of pie. The Waitress was Very Good.

Being highly satisfied would mean the food was exceptional..it was not....however it was quite good.

I like Shari's a lot. We will return. It is a nice place, all working there make you feel welcome. The manager is really nice.

Lisa was one of best servers I’ve experienced. Friendly, polite and very patient. She had two tables that were very difficult, and she handled them with extreme patience and courtesy. A real asset to your business.

We arrived late ...mid afternoon yet service seemed slow. Is staff short that hour? Food also was so so. We compared it to your Redmond Oregon store which was very good!. Is is the cook as I would think the menu is the same.

The server did not want to seat us where we wanted to be seated, so she was inattentive the rest of the visit. She brought water without the lemon requested, never refilled our drinks when empty, and did not bring the check to the table at all. We had to ask for it at the front counter.

the service was super slow and took forever to get my food when I got my food I had to leave to get home and had to get it to go

Everything fine. I will return. Thank you, Sharus is a nice place, everyone is doing good to make the guest satisfied.

We have always enjoyed Shari's. The dissatisfied comments were honest comments but under the circumstances of the fire storm and people loosing homes and having to evacuate and employees needing to take care of themselves, they were doing a bang up job of hanging in there while being short staffed.
