It's hard to TOTALLY satisfy me. I will be back. Great manager!

Hashbrowns not cooked enough, eggs cooked too much. But good overall. Just not over the top.

We had a family sitting behind us that was verging on being verbally abusive to their children. We were dining with our two young children, and it was very upsetting to them. Totally out of Shari's control, but also something that shouldn't be tolerated anywhere.

water was not refilled I had to do it myself

I like to mbe checked on more often The register does not print the price correctly so we always have to talk to the manager. The manager always corrects it quickly but that shouldn't have to happen.

I save "Highly Satisfied" reviews for exceptional quality or value. I was very pleased with my meal & service at Shari's.

Three things, remarkable because they were first-time experiences for me; i've been eating at this store almost since it opened. First: We were seated, as requested, at a window booth. Beverages arrived very promptly, but our assigned server never arrived to take our order. I finally rose and found the man (Jereomy) who seated us - as requested though outside his assigned area. He promptly took our order and then provided superb follow-up service for the balance of the meal. (KEEP THAT GUY!!!) Second: Though beverages came promptly, my decaf was tepid. Usually comes hot. Third: The so-called music selection was NOT conducive to quiet, pleasant eating - for me (elderly) and my middle-aged guest. Fortunately, it was broadcast reasonably softly, and we were a ways from a speaker. It it appeals to your most commonly targeted age group, and works with them, well enough.
