Busy and not enough staff! Food portion was smaller than expected

There are not many places I would give a HIGHLY SATISFIED rating to. This Shari's is a good place to eat.

The reason why I was not highly satisfied is because the size, taste and service is something that I consider to be won over time. Usually after I have visited several other Shari's because I know what this one is very pleasant to go to the people are friendly, knowledgeable and polite with a genuine concern for their service. It has to be a excellent highly satisfying Price for my meal along with a pleasurable experience. This experience was above average but for me to have highly satisfying experience it will take many other visits to see a "consistency" that is won over time. I will be back.

The portion size was about a quarter of what I usually have gotten one I have ordered the same thing before I will see if this continues to be a problem I will not be back

Primarily how long it took to be seated (the couple ahead of us left because they had to wait so long) and how long it took for our order to arrive.

My steak was chewy - it tasted great - but it was tough. Everything else was great!

It appears there was not enough help on Sunday afternoon. They were a bit on the slow side in fact the waitress had to ring us out. I thought they would have a person at the counter.
