I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich and fries. The sandwich was okay; the au ju very salty. However, I think, based on the size of the sandwich, there could have been a little more than 11 fries. My friend had four times the fries I had. Potatoes aren't that expensive.

After we were served, our server did not come back to check on us, nor to take our dessert order until we summoned her from across the aisle. We allowed an hour for dinner, and dessert, before we had to leave for different appointments. My guest dashed after dessert, arrived a few minutes late. I finished mine in more leisurely manner, arrived 20 minutes late for mine. Attention to the lobby of this store remains the worst I've encountered, both - this visit excepted - for prompt greeting and for accepting payment at the end of the meal. This store DESPERATELY needs a monitoring system for the entry of customers, for pie or seating, as well as presence of diners to pay. But the food is so good, and at reasonable prices, that I keep returning. And will.

Out of menu items and portion sizes inconsistent. Husbands scrambled eggs had shells in them.

The food was satisfactory except for the bacon. I ordered a crisp bacon but when when it was served it seemed that the bacon was re-heated or microwaved to make it crispy but instead it turned out to be tough and somewhat rubbery. This was not the first time it happened. Everytime, I ordered bacon it looked the same so I try not to order bacon anymore however, I thought I would try one more time to see if it will be different but turns out to be the same. I don't know if the bacon brand that's not good or the way it's being cooked or prepared.

I got a side salad and it had very wilted lettuce. I had whole wheat toast which was good except I really would have liked a butter substitute. I often hear others requesting non dairy butter substitutes, I would really like to see you bring them in. My sister and I often come to Sharis and I love coming there. My Sister is always very happy with her food.

Nice little resturante but not overly impressed. The staff was very friendly and by far the best part. The food however, was bland and un-impressive. I was expecting food that didn't look/ taste pre made. It tasted like pre heated cafeteria food and for that it should have been half the price.
