Shari's

We had to wait too long to be seated and then had to wait too long to pay.

I think this Sharis needs some remodeling the building didn't seem to be clean and the ceiling is dirty, that makes me think the kitchen is dirty as well

I ordered a sirloin steak. It was not very flavorful, and it was tough. Also, it was small. I usually love your food, so I was disappointed.

Your Salmon and Chicken Tortilla Soup are GREAT! But everything else I try is very disappointing.

To me "highly satisfied" means exceptional, close to beyond compare. My experience at Shari's has been perfectly fine.

Fries were luke warm, restaurant not busy but took way to long to bring a glass of wine and a glass of water

When a customer says they are satisfied, it means nothing out of the ordinary occurred during my dining experience. This is good. You should not expect every customer to have a highly satisfactory experience. This is the kind of reaction you would expect a diner to have in a four/five star restaurant. Shari's is a fast food family restaurant that produces everyday meals that pass the taste test and is delivered to the diner in a timely manner. A satisfactory rating of such services really is a good rating for a restaurant of this type, so you should not expect to be rated highly satisfied on a consistent basis.

we are hard to please at that level so you all did fine

I wanted soup prior to my main course. My server informed me it would take about ten minutes to get another batch of soup made. After fifteen minutes he brought my main course, and informed me he could bring the soup after, in a to-go container, if I wished. I told him, I'd take the soup, after my main course. I took about twenty minutes to eat my main course, my dishes were cleared away, and after another ten minutes, my soup was finally brought to my table!!! It was OK, hot and delicious, but I felt that was an extremely long time to wait for the chef to make up soup.

Don't eat out much, the restaurant is fine.
