Everything was satisfied. It took time but again satisfy.

They seemed understaffed. Took awhile to get everything. If I have to ask for a refill on my tea, then my satisfaction drops. Food was very good and pie great.

It takes way too long to be seated and then sometimes we have to wait and wait to pay. There is no one there to take the money.

I was not highly satisfied with the food. Sometimes it is right on, good taste and temperature, other times its so so. What is great here is the waitress, Teresa, who has got to be the best. She is accurate, makes sure you feel at home and then gives you the level of service that you would get at a fine restaurant.

Server was a bit inattentive, well below the norm for this store. Maybe due to overload, but she did seem to have time to chat with other customers (I was reading; she was attentive enough to not interrupt that). As said above, entree came too quickly after salad. Then I did order dessert (yum), but - major sin in my book! - she was nowhere around when coffee carafe went dry; one of my life's luxuries is dawdling over a delicious dessert (coconut cream pie in this case) and plenty of hot coffee. I was let down in this matter. BUT I still like Shari's; of the dozen or so eating places in Rohnert Park, it still is my hands-down favorite.

The restaurant was very busy considering it was Christmas day. The wait wasn't too bad. The entire staff was very friendly and all of them seemed to have a good attitude even with the crowd and how busy they were.

We had to wait quite a while before we were seated. Some people walked out. We had to wait and wait for someone to take our money. Someone walked out. I don't know if he had paid or not.
