Once seated the waitress ignored my needs. The salmon was not fresh and it took forever to bring me tarter sauce. The roll's bottom third was so hard it was not eatable. I am a regular and will continue to eat at this restaurant hoping that the food will improve. Recommending it to a friend, at this point is iffy.

Food is good. Restaurant itself needs an upgrade. The decor and atmosphere are tired.

The pies are good but it seems like there is less filling and more whipped cream topping.

As I mentioned previously when talking about the flavor of the food, I was disappointed with today's food. Like normal, I got the Steak Breakfast. First, my steak was rather gristly, which meant that it was abnormally hard to cut thru. I'm used to getting whatever is left over when it comes to meet, but today was below average. Next, my local Sharis has a trend of screwing up Scrambled eggs. This came up before at least a year ago, but it was particularly bad the week before last; in fact, that time was so bad I sent my eggs back and asked for my eggs to be over hard instead. As a result, I also ordered over hard eggs last week. This time my scrambled eggs were merely bad, but still edible; however, they were bad enough that I will probably go back to asking them to be over hard instead, even if I prefer good scrambled eggs instead. I suspect the issues with your scrambled eggs was that they were made with overly diluted powdered eggs, and while I can't say for certain, it certainly seemed like a real egg wasn't broken for the dish. Last, my friend's bill originally didn't discount the free pie properly, but that was fixed when requested.

It is November 11@ 0141; 1:41am. I was denied a complimentary Veteran's breakfast, for whatever reason. That is UNSAT; unsatisfactory, based upon the email invitation I received for Shari's.. I drove several miles out of my way, to come here, via invitation, to be denied; why invite me in the first place, or any veteran; please don't waste our time. Veteran's Day, is not a very good day for me to begin with, and I sought respite here, to be denied.. I have have enough civilian silliness, starting with divorce, seven years ago. I would appreciate, as consolation, that this situation be rectified, so that more veteran's are not disrespected. Thanks.

Food was cold, when I asked for another plate for my pancakes, it was dirty. It seems like every time we go in there, the service is so-so, as is the food, the excuse is We are short handed, ALWAYS!
