turkey meat in sandwich had an unusual flavor with a reddish tinge. It was tough and too distasteful to eat.

The menus that we were given had a price of $8.99 for the lunch special but when we got our bill we were charged $9.49. Yes I know it was only a 50 cent difference, but then they need to change their menus we were given. When I pointed this out the manger more or less called me a liar. The other person I was with also had on the menu she had the price of $8.99. When we got to register I asked to see one of their menus and that also had the price of $8.99 and he saw that. I do not appreciate it being implied I had lied and told him so.

No one was in the front to greet us. We had to wait several minutes to be seated. We went a few Sundays ago and were told the wait would be 15-20 mins. It was over an hour. Just overheard that a cook called in and they didn't want to have people waiting at table for food. No one ever told us wait would be longer. They just kept getting more and more people crammed in the waiting area waiting or leaving. Today after the wait, the order was wrong on the toast was undercooked.

My sister and I had a late breakfast and Lisa was our server. Our food was great, the coffee was amazing, and Lisa was friendly and professional. Every employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back. :) Thank you!

I ordered the over 60 pot roast from your menu. The pot roast was extremely salty. I left 3/4 of the dish, and the server asked if I wanted a take home box instead of asking why I left so much on the plate. She did not or I would have told her. So I was disgusted and let her tip on the table and paid the tab, then left. Any server who was on top pf things would have asked why I left so much food on the plate, instead of asking if there was a problem with the food. This has happened at other restaurants and usually the server asks if there is a problem with the food, especially when it hardly touched. So no I will not return to any Shari's restaurant.

First of all my husband ordered coffee and his carafe was filthy dirty coming out of the kitchen then took 20 minutes to get his creamer for the coffee then going to the restroom realized it was deplorably filthy and then when I received my breakfast which was over easy two eggs hash browns sausage and English muffin tasted like nasty dirty disgusting Grill. I didn't eat it .Now I'm nauseas. Will never go there again and will highly tell everyone and not to go either.

I went to dinner with my husband and two granddaughters. After our order was taken, we waited quite awhile to receive our food. I ordered a shrimp omelet that came with hash browns and an English muffin. The shrimp on top and the hash browns were not warm, but edible. I was about 3/4 of the way eating my meal when I moved a small amount of hash browns to the side of my plate. At this time, I noticed a human hair on the bottom of the plate. Of course, I was immediately alarmed and unable to complete my meal. We immediately let our server know and she asked what she could do, offering a slice of pie. I no longer had an appetite and she did offer to take the cost of my meal off the charge, which she did. I probably should have asked to speak with the manager, but since my granddaughters were with us I did not want to make a scene. I think the server should have been more apologetic. I had the feeling she just wanted us to leave as soon as possible. I am still very upset about what happened and feel we should have been compensated more and treated with more concern.

We got our meal before our appetizer. And the fish was over cooked and dry. I have been Sharis in the past and I been very happy ..I will come back again

the server took too long to take our order. The people behind us were waiting and finally they left. This happens almost every time we come to eat.

I am a regular customer at sharies in Rohnert park ca. I never have a problem however this visit was horrible the soup was cold as was the food. our servers, carley and bree were awful. they were rude and acted like they were being incovenced if we asked for something. they were not friendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. not sure I will come back. this restuant needs to hire people who want to be there and take care of their guests. these two need to be dismissed. scott the manager was friendly to us as usual
