Rotten food poorly presented, old and not worth the money spent

food was cold, sat under heat lamp 20 min @ least & had to ask what happened to my order, then the cook forgot the mushrooms (manager didn't even know that they s/b in the entree I ordered) manager blamed the cook; personally I think they were both @ fault & should have been n/c instead of only $2 credit! I was so mad I just didn't think of it. This is the 2nd time I've had a complaint about this manager!

At 7:00pm they were out of soup of the day. (This is not a first, this happens all the time). I ordered soup and sandwich, husband ordered stroganoff. (It was cold). The sandwich was dry no condiment brought to table. The waiter never came back to the table, I could not ask for condiment. Now we have no soup and a dry sandwich, and cold stroganoff. Shari's in Rohnert Park does not provide service, and the food is not good. You need only go to this empty restaurant to realize it is not a popular restaurant. We will not be coming back, and we will tell others not to come to this restaurant. This may not sound like much, but we are retired and go out to lunch with a group of friends every day. We also, go out with large groups of people monthly. They say every dissatisfied person will tell ten people, we intend to tell hundreds of people.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THE FOOD TO BE SERVED

The waitress Adri #359067 never informed us of the specials we learned of them from another waiter from another section as he told another table, our waitress never introduced herself she never came back and check on us after our order was brought to us except at the end of the meal and never ask if we wanted desert our food was cold and the coffee was cold and we had to ask another waiter for our bill so we could leave. All this occurred at store #251, Rohnert Park, CA. I will never go there again

Charged for food that was rejected due to poor service{pancakes hard and cold, butter would not melt too cold}, 2 meals took 30 minutes and the third was 20 minutes AFTER.

The food took a long time to come out. Two of our orders were wrong. The food was cold and one order impaticular tasted as if it had been cooked days before. To pay for a meal out and have it prepared so carelessly is horrible. There was only one girl working as waitress and cashier - the entire experience was enough to make us not go back again. Horrible management practices.

Upon arrival, it took quite some time to get someone to acknowledge our presence (we were not the only ones waiting either. Eventually, we were seated. Food arrived, soup was barely lukewarm. Upon our departure, we could not get anyone's attention to come to the register. I went behind the counter almost entering the kitchen and requested that one of the employees (there were a lot of them) come help us. we were ignored. finally I was able to gain the attention of a gentleman who came to take our money. We told him how unpleasant the experience was and explained my attempts to get attention. He argued with me and was only concerned with his statement "it wasn't me" that I had asked to come help me. During this time there were two other families that came in and left after seeing all of this. Terrible experience!!!!

My visit last week it took way too long to receive the food. Never received the salad to eat while waiting. Walked out after 25 minutes of being ignored. This week i had a great waitress. She made up for it. Also workers tend to ignore people waiting at register to pay. The same waitress came and helped after the others ignored the customers

terrible service. waitress did nothing but complain the whole time and messed up on everyone's food.
